Lindsey stairs: Kodak P850, 10/24/2009, 4:03pm, 1/60 sec, f/8.0, 10.3 mm. With this image I had to move the levels and saturation quite a bit because the was a really dark day.

Titus with leaves: Blackberry storm, 10/15/2008. I don't have any picture information on these pictures because it was shot with my camera phone. I didn't have a camera on me and all I had was my phone.
Pumpkin patch: 10/17/2008, I also shot this with the camera on my phone. I then touched this photo up in photoshop. I crop, change a little bit of the levels and saturations.

Color swap

I needed a fast shutter speed to capture a still shot of the performance. The performers are the Polynesian Cultural Association from Brigham Young University-Idaho. This performance was at a birthday party.
Edit: What I did was change the levels and saturations just a little bit, not too much otherwise it would have whited them out. I then used a quick selection tool to select her shirt. I had to touch up the selection because it had selected some of the white background. I then picked a color with the eyedropper. I then painted the yellow color on with the paint brush.

Light

This was amazing to be able to shoot the sunset. I was able to see the time difference and how fast the sun did set.

I love sunsets and I was on my way to Ohio. I was just lucky to be able to see a sunset above the clouds. I was glad I had my camera with me on my carry on.

This was another shot that was among the several and I liked the effect it had.

With this shot I had a friend wave the glowsticks around so I could get a good shot. We did this over and over again several times.

HDR

The HDR chair: I really liked playing with the HDR with my photos but this one was my favorite. HDR chair: This is the combination of the three chairs done in the HDR edit. I didn't mess with it too much because I liked the effect that the HDR naturally did.

Bannack Best

These images were taken at Bannack Montana. The camera was a Sony DSL-H7 10/7/2009. I really enjoyed this trip a lot and learned a lot in the process.

Portrait: 1:47 pm, 1/125 sec, f/2.8, 9.1mm,

I didn't edit this picture at all because I liked how my camera caught the light on the subject just right.
Broken glass: 2:41 pm, 1/40 sec, f/5.0, 5.2mm

To get this depth of field right I had to angle it just right. To edit I just used levels and saturations. I didn't want to do too much because I liked the original picture.
Ghost: 4:15 pm, 5 sec, f/2.8, 8.9mm

This shot took some time to get the right effect. I had the shutter open for 5 seconds. I had my subjects pose for 2 sec, and then run out quickly to get the ghost effect. To edit it I just adjusted the levels and the saturations so the light wouldn't wash out the subjects.

I turned around to go down these stairs and it seemed like a good shot. No editing done on this one.
Floating window: 1/160 sec, f/3.2, 15.0 mm, 12:13 pm

With this image I was inside the cabin taking a shot of the outside. I decided to change the angle to make the window appear floating. To edit the image I just used the unsharpen filter. I then adjusted the levels and the saturations.

Flora & Fauna

This shot was taken at BYU-Idaho's horticulture's gardens. I had to wait for this shot because people kept walking in the shot because they were picking apples.

This picture was out in Plano on my friends land. I like the water droplets in this image.

Out in Plano. There was so many of them and I liked a lot of different shots, but I liked how she is the main focus.

Out in Plano at a friend's house. He was staring right at me until I pulled out my camera. It was like he was saying "This is my better side." In the edited photo I decided to add a radical blur with a smart filter. It makes the photo have movement even though the original was still.
